Training
All new entrants will attend an induction course, which provides them with essential information about HSBC, its history, values, products and services. In addition, we utilise BIBF courses for further training requirements. Candidates selected as Customer Services Representatives will be given specialised Customer Services accreditation training. Should suitable training courses not be available locally, staff may be required to attend training at HSBC’s Regional Training Centre in Dubai, or the Group Training Centre in the UK.
